HOME DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

Orders may be placed online on our website www.tianshiindia.co.in or in our V Share Mobile App. Orders can also be placed at our respective TIENS Branches for home delivery.

Payment can be done by Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI on online portal and mobile app. Payment can be done by Cash, Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI and Bank Transfer at our Branch offices.

Delivery Time will be within 2-4 working days for local area, 5-8 working days for major cities and towns, 8-10 working days for remote location areas.

The dispatch will be done only after payment is received into our bank account. The dispatch will be done from the nearest branch of the delivery address.

Shipping charges on all Online and Offline orders from our Branches w.e.f.31.07.2024:

Follow the Steps to Place Order on TIENS V Share Mobile App:
1. Login to TIENS V Share mobile app with Distributor ID and Password
2. After Login click on the 4 boxes on Top Left Corner for Product page to open
3. Product page comprising of headings Food Supplements, Personal Care, Health Care Equipment and Home Care is displayed
4. Select products on display
5. Enter the quantity and click “Add to Cart.”
6. Decide whether you want to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
7. Once you’ve added all your desired products, click on “Proceed to Checkout.”
8. Provide your shipping information, including a phone number and email address.
9. Click on “Continue to Payment.”
10. Select your payment method.
11. Continue to the preview, review your information, and make necessary changes.
12. Finally, click “Submit Order.” You’ll see a summary of your order along with a confirmation number – your order is now placed!

 

NOTE: The option to cancel an order may be available for a short time after the order is placed. After that, the order will go into a Processing status and will no longer be able to be cancelled. Orders cannot be edited after they have been placed.


Product Buy Back Policy

Product Return Policy

TIENS practices Buy Back Policy to ensure maximum satisfaction to its end users/ consumers or Distributors. This policy allows every Distributor or consumer to return unsold TIENS Products in its original condition and of merchantable quality within 30 days from the date of purchase to the seller. Product in the “original condition and of merchantable quality” means the products which are still in the market (the production has not yet stopped), with the price label still intact and clean, and in good condition. TIENS reserves the right to reject any returned Product that does not meet such specification or condition. The distributor must fill the distributor buy back form and submit the same to any of the TIENS Branch offices.



Buy back policy will be accepted for the following criteria.


1. if the product is “Unused” and in resalable condition.

2. if the product is “Used” then 90% of the products should remain unused Note: Not applicable for equipment category.


Distributors, on resignation/termination of distributorship are entitled to return all unsold products purchased by them during the preceding 3 months prior to resignation as long as the said products are in sealed condition, merchantable quality and within reasonable shelf life, as determined by TIENS. 


Upon receipt of the products and sales aids, the distributors will be reimbursed Ninety percentage (90%) of the net cost of the original purchase price, less shipping charges (5% of the cost price + Taxes actual). 


The return of products should be along with the Invoice, Warranty Card, accompanying offer items, if any. A declaration also to be filled that the company has a right to deduct the bonus / commission / offer items cost, if any, amount paid to them against such purchase and refund the balance amount into their bank account.

Products returned should be accompanied with the following documents (All documents mandatory)


(a) Filled Product Return form

(b) Copy of Customer Order receipt

(c) Relevant cash invoices to be submitted, only original copy is considered valid (Duplicate copy – Not valid)

(d) Products to be returned


TIENS will send the refund against the product by a fund transfer to the Bank Account as mentioned by the distributor subject to any deduction. Fund transfer will be made within Thirty (30) days from the returned date and a credit note will be issued for the same.

Distributors are advised not to over purchase. Purchase of Products should be made based on realistic estimation of the customer’s orders.

In case the return product amount is accumulated to USD 2000 in a year, then the distributor’s ID will be terminated.

Online Payment Process

Tiens online payments are done through EBS Payment gateway.

Amount Refund:

Cancelled Online order amount will be refunded to the distributor within 7 working days.

Order Dispatch:

Orders will be processed a dispatched within 24hrs from the time of order placed.


Equipment Service Policy

Tiens Equipment received for service if within warranty period; service will be done Free of cost (warranty period is for one year from the date of purchase by the Distributor from Tiens Branch or Franchisee) otherwise it will be chargeable based on the required service on case to case basis.

The Servicing of the Equipment will be done at designated branches only (Delhi and Chennai). The faulty equipment can be submitted at any of our branches, and it will be forwarded by the branch to the nearest service centre (Delhi and Chennai). Once the Equipment is received for service it will be returned to the concerned Distributor or Franchise within 7-10 working days. Delivery Charges will be applicable for non-warranty items.

Supporting Documents required:

Invoice copy, Warranty card and service request letter to be submitted along with Equipment for service.


For Non Warranty Equipment

• Invoice copy and service request letter need to be submitted along with Equipment for service.

• Service cost will be informed to the concern distributor through our Tiens executive.

• Once the service cost is paid by the concerned distributor, service will be done.


Equipment Warranty Policy

Tiens guarantees to repair or replace a faulty product during the warranty period.
If the product is damaged or defective, Tiens offers a repair or replace the Equipment within a reasonable time.

Warranty cards are issued along with the Equipment purchased, same should be carried every time for service and Exchange.


Warranty Principles:

If one of the following circumstances happens, repair related fee should be borne by the Distributor.

1. If warranty Expires (Refer to the date marked on the warranty card or Invoice)
2. Lost of “Warranty card “or “Invoice “, or the product failed to match with the product Model on the “Invoice “or “Warranty card”.
3. Damage caused by Improper handling or storing.
4. Any tampering with info on Invoice or Warranty card.
5. If the selling or principles above conflicted with the local law, the law shall prevail.
